Tilbury 4 v 3 Cheshunt
TILBURY staged a great comeback to beat highly-fancied Cheshunt 4-3 at Chadfields on Saturday.
The victory puts the Dockers third in the league and shows what a great team has been developed by the management over the last nine months or so.
Tilbury went behind to a Luke Marshall goal after just three minutes. Emiel Aiken equalised but Chestnut scored twice through Marcus Milner and Tom Bruno.
At 3-1 down in under half an hour, there were fears that Chestnut could run away with this game but Kurt Smith pulled a goal back through a penalty before half time.
Jimmy Cook equalised in the 54th minute.
Things got harder for the Dockers when keeper Clark Bogard was sent off in the 68th minute.
But the Dockers are a durable outfit and the kept the pressure up and that paid off when Chestnut conceded with an own goal a minute from time.
