SUNDAY saw the start of the East Region Netball season. Bears Netball Club had two teams play at Woodlands School, Basildon.
Bears Regional 1 beat Hertford Hornets 1 68-49. Umpires player of the match- Brook Dyer (Goal Shooter) and coaches player- Maddie Dyer (Wing Attack).
Bears Regional 2 also beat Hertford Hornets 2, 52-39. Player of the match- Kirsty Stewart (Goal Shooter), coaches player – Mel Stone (Goal Defence).
