A CHADWELL pensioner is now subject to a nigh time curfew after failing to disclose a change in circumstances to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
The sentence has been imposed upon a Marion Barber (70), The Haven, Chadwell St Mary.
Barber pleaded guilty to the following: Between 26/03/2012 and 10/11/2013 at Grays you dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which you knew would affect your entitlement to Pension Credit.
Barber was fined £145 and subject to a night curfew.
