A FEMALE Romanian lorry driver has appeared in court over the death of a motorcyclist on the approach to the Dartford Crossing.
Stana Mirela Caltun, (38), Caras-Severnin, Romania made a first appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court
The charge was as follows: On 18/09/2015 at West Thurrock, you caused the death of Paul Garner by driving a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, DAF XF ARTIC CS22 MYR, dangerously on a road, namely A282 West Thurrock.
The next appearance will be November 22nd at Chelmsford Crown Court.
