Starmaker set to hit the Thameside again

DUE to last two year’s outstanding success Thameside Young Producers are putting together another bumper talent show at the Thameside Theatre for the third time on 28th November @7pm.

They are looking for entertainers between the ages of 6 and 18 who love to perform and want to showcase their talent.

All of the young producers are seasoned performers themselves and have taken part in competitions and Westend shows and know what a valuable experience it is to be given an opportunity to perform in a professional environment.

Franki McEwen, lead Young Producer said, “Over the last year we saw an amazing array of performances including singers, dancers, karate displays and actors to name but a few. This truly is an opportunity for every type of talent to be showcased and a rare opportunity for the youth of Thurrock, and I am pleased to announce that West End star Michelle Pentecost has agreed to be one of this years judges."

Last year’s winners REVERB have spent that last year performing at many significant events.

Once again The Mayor of Thurrock has shown support by providing the prize for the winner – the opportunity to perform at the prestigious Thurrock Civic Dinner and other local events. In addition to this the Starmaker team will also be recognising the act which achieves the second highest number of votes.

Auditions are being held at the Thameside Theatre on the 24th October between 9am and 12 noon.
