THE THURROCK councillor in charge of health has detailed the deepening health crisis in Thurrock.
Cllr Barbara Rice charted the problems in a report to Thurrock Council.
As part of this, there are plans for a public meeting in Tilbury so that reisdents can quiz the health bosses from a number of organisatons.
