POLICE in Stanford-le-Hope investigating an incident in Billet Lane where a man exposed himself would like to identify the man in this efit.
A man driving a black car exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl at around 4.15pm on Thursday October 1 after asking her for directions.
The suspect is described as white, aged between 18 and 23 and with an Essex accent. He was driving a black five door car, possibly a Vauxhall.
