JUST because you missed the first Thurrock parkrun doesn’t mean you can’t join in on the second one.
The parkrun is a 5k run/jog/walk around Orsett Heath.
It is two laps in your own time, with your own goals and at your own convenience.

Once the 3.1 mile run becomes part of your weekly diary then it is a great way if keeping fit. Some people have been amazed at their improvements both physically and mentally.
