ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Grays.
It happened at around 11.40am on Saturday, October 3, in Howard Road.
The man, who is described as black and was wearing a light grey coloured hooded top, was stood on the roundabout performing an indecent act.
Motorists and passers-by were left alarmed and distressed by his actions.
