A MAN has been charged in connection with the theft of a specialist bicycle made for a vulnerable adult with cerebral palsy.
It was stolen from outside Dips Chemist in Defoe Parade, Chadwell St Mary, on Monday November 16.
Liam Davis, 27, unemployed, of Mill Lane, Grays, was charged with theft of a bicycle.
He faces a second charge in relation to the theft of a bicycle from outside the post office in London Road, West Thurrock, on February 25.
He was also charged with a burglary at Martins Newsagents in Lodge Lane, Grays, on July 6.
He is due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, December 14.
