Tilbury to West Tilbury: The Fly-tippers Paradise
WHEN Chadwell photographer Rob Lay sends us photographs it is usually of beautiful sunsets or fascinating birds. But on this occasion, Rob sent us a series of photographs of what he saw on a walk between Tilbury and West Tilbury.
The question will be: How did it get so bad? Is it because of changes to the rules on visiting the Linford amenity centre.
