TWO men have been charged in connection with an incident in Arnhem Avenue, Aveley on April 2.
Steven Crooks, 32, unemployed, of Seabrooke Rise, Grays, and Westley Crooks, 34, unemployed, of Seabrooke Rise, Grays, were both charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, aggravated burglary, burglary, and theft of a motor vehicle.
Westley Crooks was also charged with an unrelated theft of a laptop on April 1 in Derby Road, Grays.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, April 7.
