A WOMAN has been charged with urinating on a war memorial in Grays.
Kelly Martin, aged 42, of No Fixed Abode was charged with the following:
On April 13th, in Grays, in a public place, you did commit an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely urinating in the street against a war memorial.
Martin was remanded on unconditional bail until June 21st at Basildon magistrates court.
