A STIFFORD Clays man was in hospital with head injuries after falling from a ladder.
An East of England Ambulance Spokesperson said: "We received a call today (Thursday) at 9.02am to reports of a man who had fallen from a ladder in Grays to which we sent an ambulance crew, ambulance officer, and the Herts and Essex Air Ambulance (HEMS).
At the scene, a man believed to be in his 50s was treated for a serious but not life-threatening head injury before being air lifted to The Royal London Hospital for further treatment.
