FOUR hose reel jets were used to extinguish a fire in a bungalow in Dock Road, Tilbury.
Initially both of Orsett’s appliances were sent, however, a further two appliances from Grays were requested at 02:01hrs.
The building was 100% smoked logged and 20% alight.
The fire spread to the loft area and was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus by 03:43hrs.
