MARDyke Valley Rotary Club’s Annual Thurrock Cycle Marathon takes place on Sunday 5 June, gathering at 9am by the Civic Hall, Blackshots Lane, Grays, for a 9:30am start.
The event will be marshalled until 12:30pm.
The entrance fee is £10 per cyclist – those under the age of 16 can ride free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.
All cyclists ride at their own risk and are advised to:
wear a cycle helmet
following the Road Safety Code at all times
The marathon is an enjoyable ride for all – it is not a race.
