ON Sunday 10 July there will be limited parking in parts of Orsett and surrounding areas due to the annual Orsett in Bloom event.
From 8am until 6pm there will be no parking in the following areas:
Rectory Road between School Lane and B188 High Road
B188 High Road from its junction with Rectory Road in a westerly direction for a distance of around 325m
Pound Lane, between B188 High Road and Ridgwell Avenue
Stifford Clays Road, between B188 High Road and Orsett Wind Mill
Fen Lane, from its junction with Stifford Clays Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 30m.
There will be additional parking, supervised by volunteers, will be available at Orsett Hospital and Whitfields Farm.
