On Sunday 26th June, Thurrock Swimming Club saw 30 members participate in the National Junior Speedo League M11 Final where the team went into the first division final with 2 wins and maximum points.
Racing against tough competition, TSC once again finished in 1st place, beating teams from Camden, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Cambridge, Basildon, Dulwich, Harlow and Barnet. Supporters of the team were extremely encouraging and kept the morale of the swimmers high, leading to fantastic performances from all of the team.
After this sensational event, Thurrock now head to the Southern Regional final towards the end of the year.
