THURROCK Council is investigating a report that a Thurrock taxi mini-bus drove with its side door open with a number of children being transported inside.
A concerned person snapped a photo (unverified) of what appears to be a taxi driving up Hogg Lane in Grays on Tuesday morning.
Thurrock Council has told YT that they are aware of "a photo circulating on social media" and are investigating.
