THE ARGOS in Lakeside shopping centre is set to close.
The store which is situated just by the entrance near to Burger King will close later this month.
A spokesperson for Argos said: "We can confirm that the Argos store in Thurrock (Lakeside) Shopping Centre is due to close on Saturday, 20 August 2016.
"Plans are being formulated to ensure colleague redeployment opportunities are maximised and a smooth transition is achieved.
"Customers can continue to shop at Argos at Thurrock (Lakeside) Retail Park or online".
