GRAYS grabbed another point as they settle into the new season in the Ryman Premier.

The draw against a durable Staines means that Grays Ath have six points from six games and lie in eighteenth position out of twenty-four.

They may not be setting the world on fire but for many this season is all about sustainability.

Staines opened the scoring through Tyrell Miller-Rodney (23′) but Grays ate hit back with goals by L’heureux Menga (58′) and Etienne Mukanya Kabobola (63′)

They nearly had all three points but Daniel Brown (88′) made sure it was honours were even.

Grays Ath return to action on Saturday away at Leiston in the FA Cup.
