Partnership working between Gateway Learning Community and Proctor and Gamble

THE well-being team within the Gateway Learning Community were recently treated to a delivery of Always feminine hygiene care packs, courtesy of local company Proctor & Gamble (P & G), who supply 4.6 billion consumers around the world.

The presentation was facilitated by Chair of Governors from the Gateway Primary Free School, Mr Stuart Redford, who kindly delivered every box to the five schools within the GLC; Gateway Academy, Gateway Primary Free School, Herringham, Lansdowne and Tilbury Pioneer Academy.

HR Manager for the Gateway Learning Community, Mrs Debbie Wright, said “We are very grateful to P & G for their fantastic donation. We believe that promoting good hygiene standards underpin good knowledge and learning and therefore take all aspects of health & hygiene very seriously in the Gateway Learning Community.

We encourage students to adopt good hygiene habits to support this. As an Academy, we work very closely with local and national businesses and look forward to continuing our association with P & G.”
