"RESIDENTS have started to notice a cleaner borough" says Thurrock Council leader Rob Geldhill.
Speaking at the September meeting of Thurrock Council, cllr Rob Gledhill delivered a statistical return on the council’s "Cut It, Clean It, Fill It" campaign.
Cllr Gledhill also stressed that they will also be providing extra officers to target litter louts and fly tippers in Thurrock.
