THURROCK’S Courtney Wood survived a stormy week two on BBC1’s The Apprentice.Both teams were set a task in branding new jeans.Both teams, it is fair to say, performed so poorly that an incandescent Lord Sugar decided that there wasn’t a winner and pulled both back in.In the end it was Scottish hairdresser Natalie Hughes who was fired.Courtney seemed to get through the whole episode fairly unscathed and seems to be a voice of reason and tactically astute.
