A man has been fined after being found in possession of a handgun in Grays.
John Finn, aged 64, of Kerry Road, Grays pled guilty at Basildon Magistrates Court to the following.
On 26/10/2016 at Grays, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Jesmond Road, an air weapon, namely Gletcher Military Precision APS Gas Powered Handgun whether loaded or not
Finn was fined £195.
