ORSETT resident and renowned TV metereologst Frances Wilson asked Thurrock Council a number of questions over the environmental conditions on the A13.
Mr Wilson, who many will remember on the television as a weatherman on ITV and Sky. His questions may have reference to the proposals for a new Thames Crossing.
