From C2C

Due to industrial action taking place on the London Underground network, c2c services may be busier than normal.
As West Ham station is operated by London Underground, it may be the case that the station is not open as a result of this action.

As a result, c2c services will only be able to call at West Ham station if the station is opened by London Underground.

Some London Underground stations are expected to be closed and on some parts of the London Underground network no service will be able to run, particularly in Zone 1.

Transport for London are providing additional buses on certain routes, but these are expected to be very busy. In some cases it may be quicker to walk between London Fenchurch Street and your destination.

Further, it is expected that there will be no service on:
The whole of the Victoria Line between Brixton and Walthamstow Central.
The Waterloo and City Line
The Piccadilly Line at Heathrow Terminal 4 or Heathrow Terminal 5.

Any services which London Underground are able to provide are not expected to commence until 07:00 at the earliest.

If you are travelling to Canary Wharf, you are advised to change at Limehouse Station for Docklands Light Railway services, which will be running, but will be very busy.
Docklands Light Railway services are not expected to be able to operate to/from Bank Station, in this case, some will start/terminate at Shadwell, others may be diverted to Tower Gateway.

Please plan your journey in advance, especially if you are intending on making connecting journeys on London Underground services and allow additional time for your journey.
