A 30mph speed limit is being imposed along the whole length of the Aveley by-pass (B1335) for three years starting next month.
Part of the by-pass is already limited to 30mph, however from Monday 6 February, the limit will apply from Stifford Road to Romford Road to allow safe access to and from a temporary construction site.
Thurrock Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.
