A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a road crash in Orsett.
A Suzuki motorbike and a Citroen C3 were in collision on the A1013 Stanford Road on September 21, 2016.
The motorcyclist, Douglas Dines, aged 55, from Grays, sadly died at the scene.
Geoffrey Goodall, 61, self-employed, of Hill House Drive, Chadwell St Mary, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and is due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on April 6.
