THURROCK Council’s Adult Community College in Grays is opening its doors on selected Saturdays this Spring to offer taster workshops.
Already proving popular, these reduced price classes give adults and families the chance to have a go at something new right on their doorstep.
Choose from a range of hair, beauty, business, computer and wellbeing courses plus fun crafty challenge workshops for families.
Portfolio Holder for Education, Cllr James Halden thinks education is life long, he said: “We can continue our education in lots of ways – like developing book keeping skills or taking part in an introduction to sign language. These taster sessions could be your chance to learn a new skill or craft whilst staying affordable and enjoyable.”
