NOW and again, we plan to dip into the casebook for some of our 49 councillors in Thurrock.
On Thursday we spoke to Tilbury St Chads councillor, Clare Baldwin.
Cllr Baldwin said: “I am having a lot of my surgeries down at the Tilbury Hub on Civic Square.
“I would say that housing issues is a major problem for a lot of my residents an dI have a number of concerns.
“I am finding that there is a good open channel with the council and, even though they are the opposition, with the Conservative leader, cllr Gledhill.
