THE A13 is blocked near the Tilbury turn-off this afternoon (April 10) after an oil spillage.
The blockage is on the eastbound carriageway at the A1089 (Tilbury and Baker Street interchange).
Traffic is backed to the Grays-turn-off (A1012 Elizabeth Road back to the A1306 Arterial Road North Stifford/ Lodge Lane/ Long Lane and the Treacle Mine Roundabout).
