Jo Hill said: “I am delighted to be appointed Headteacher of Olive AP Academy – Thurrock. It is an exciting time for OA-Th and with a fantastic new building and facilities ready for pupils and staff in June, I am confident that we can achieve great things. I want OA-Th to be part of the local community; an inclusive academy which will allow children to develop the skills they need to enjoy learning and give our pupils the confidence and resilience to achieve success.”
Mark Vickers, Chief Executive of Olive Academies said: “I would like to congratulate Jo on her appointment, and I look forward to working with her as she leads OA-Th into a new and exciting future. She has a very strong background; her passion for education and her determination to equip young people with the right skills for the future is remarkable.
