OVER 60 business men and women attended a Twilight Networking Event organised by the Essex Chambers of Commerce at The Roslin Hotel in Thorpe Bay.
There was plenty of time for networking before a very informative presentation by Southend United’s Commercial Director, Danny Macklin and Head of Business Development James Sharples, who updated the businesses present on the history, present and future of the Club on and off the pitch.
Danny Macklin said, “It has been a great opportunity this evening to update local businesses on our future objectives. There is a notable feel good factor around the Club at the moment as we gear up for the start of the season”.
