ESSEX Police have been called to a serious road traffic collision involving six vehicles on the A128 at Orsett at 1pm today (Friday, November 3).
Officers have closed the road to traffic in both directions at the junction with the A128 after three cars and three lorries were in collision.
Four people were injured at the scene with a man, aged in his 20s, being airlifted to hospital with life threatening injures.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage is asked to call Essex Police on 101.
