Goals by Myles Keizer-Burrows (30′), Tom Richardson (41′) and Calvin Ekpiteta (90′) secured another three points for the Millers
The result leaves Aveley in 15th place on 47 points.
They return to league action on Thursday night against promotion-chasing Heybridge Swifts.
