BLACKSHOTS residents, concerned over a repeat of last Bank Holiday tyre inferno have sent more evidence of dumped tyres in the area.
On Thursday, YT was sent a photograph of a large dump of tyres just around the corner from William Edwards school.
The tyres have been there for at least two weeks and are not only an eyesore but also an environmental hazard.
Having been alerted, YT contacted Thurrock Council on Friday morning. They have failed to reply at time of publication.
Another photographer snapped the tyres still in place on Saturday afternoon.
The tyres were removed by Thurrock Council on Bank Holiday Monday.
No reason why the council could not have replied. It just goes to show the contempt they have for the issue.
The moronic councilor in charge of the environment portfolio should be sacked. Lets not forget what the twat said last time…yes, they have been fly-tipped. And yes, we know that you idiot.
