ESSEX Police have charged a man from Basildon with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, going equipped, possession of drugs, driving without a licence and breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Callum O’Brien, 24, of Bourne Avenue, Basildon, was due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, July 17.
They arrested two men in Romford Road, Aveley, at around 11.50pm on Sunday, July 15, after camera operators had their suspicions about a car.
A 36-year-old man has since been released without charge.
