Statement from Thurrock Council
“Some recycling in Bulphan and Langdon Hills, and some refuse in Horndon-on-the-Hill could not be collected today.
“We are planning to send crews out tomorrow to clear these.
“Please leave your bins out, we apologise for any inconvenience”.
