THE event is being held at Aveley Football Club, Parkside, Park Lane, Aveley on Sunday December 9.
Stallholders can arrive on site at 8:30am to start to set up their stalls.
They are asked to be on site before 10:30am.
After this point no vehicles can be moving onsite.
The event will the open to the public at 11am.
