ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault inside Subway at intu Lakeside , Thursday 29 August.
It was reported that a teenage boy was attacked with a metal baseball bat shortly before 5.45pm. He is believed to have suffered serious injuries.
Officers attended and arrested a 13-year-old boy on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He remains in custody for questioning.
