ESSEX Police are appealing for help to find Ross Smedmor, 36, who is missing from Chadwell St Mary.
Ross was reported missing at around 4.55pm yesterday, Sunday 8 September, and we are concerned for his welfare.
His vehicle was found in Horndon-on-the-Hill today and we have been searching the area.
He has been described as being 5ft 8ins had has bright red tattoos on his hands. One of these shows a rose and the other a poppy.
Smedmor also has tattooed writing across his fingers.
