A GRAYS man is set to stand trial over a number of assault charges.
Dylan Siggers, aged 21, of The Chase, Grays has been charged with the following.
1. On 26/03/2019 at Grays assaulted a female by beating and the offence was racially aggravated within the terms of section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998
2. On 09/05/2019 at Grays assaulted a male by beating him.
Siggers has pleaded not guilty.
He has been remanded on bail until December 20th, 2019 at Basildon magistrates court.
