Do you find it difficult to stay positive when you are constantly worrying about your child? A new, free, course for parents/carers at Thurrock Adult Community College in Grays will help you deal with the stresses and strains of modern parenting in a rapidly changing world. This Wednesday evening course starts on 22 January from 7.30pm to 9.30pm for six weeks.
