Goals by Jim O’Brien (32′), Tom Crawford (38′), Sam Osbourne (44′), Kyle Wooton (61′) and Scott Wilson (64′) made sure the Nottingham side went through to the semi-finals.
Aveley return to concentrate on league action on Monday at home against AFC Sudbury.
