DESPITE the difficulties of the lockdown leading to some events sadly having to be cancelled, St. Luke’s Hospice in Basildon still have lots of activities and events planned for later this year.
You can sign up to events like the popular Luke’s to Luke’s Walk that’s taking place on Sunday 27 September. Given the restrictions with the lockdown, why not use the time you have for outdoor exercise to start training?
If you’re more of a thrill-seeker, St. Luke’s Hospice are planning an October Mud Run to get your blood pumping and even an Abseil at the ArcelorMittal Orbit in the Olympic Park, Stratford.
