Port of Tilbury Police statement (25 April):
WE need your help to identify this male (pictured below) after he stole a pedal cycle from the Port of Tilbury. Crime ref: 557/20.
We believe the male suspect may be from Tilbury area.
The bike is described as a red ‘Carrera Subway’ similar to the one pictured. It has a rear mud guard attached.
He was carrying a ‘Vans’ rucksack.
