SIX branches of Manorcourt Homecare based in Essex have received high praise from the public, achieving near perfect scores following impartial feedback posted on to the independent reviews website homecare.co.uk
The site provides rankings for home care providers across the country based on feedback from service users and their relatives, giving them a ranking out of 10 based on the reviews they have received.
Both the Loughton and Clacton-on-Sea branches are rated at a near perfect score of 9.9 out of 10 – with the Clacton branch ranked as the first in their district. The Thurrock and Harlow branches are each rated at an impressive 9.8 out of 10, while the branches in both Saffron Walden and Hornchurch are rated as 9.6 out of 10.
The branches are part of the Healthcare Homes Group and each provides personalised care and support to people living in their own homes. The teams offer flexible and tailored care packages from respite care to domestic tasks or 24 hour live-in care.
A recent review for the Loughton branch states: “A big thank you to the team at Manorcourt. It is a huge relief to know that carers, who are friendly and professional, are taking good care of my parents. Nothing is too much trouble. I have been particularly impressed with the service through this difficult time with Covid-19. Even under the added stress, they have managed to provide the increase in care that was required for my parents.”
A husband of a client receiving care from the Clacton-on-Sea branch wrote: “Our requirement was for a pair of carers to provide personal care four times a day to my wife (who suffers from dementia) for ten days to give respite to my daughter and son-in-law who are her usual full-time carers. One of the features of the care which particularly pleased us was the very limited number of carers who visited us. Approximately 75% of the visits were made by two of only four different carers, one of whom was always in attendance on every remaining visit. This was a tremendous plus for a dementia sufferer. Throughout the ten days, the carers were punctual on arrival, both patient with and sensitive to my wife’s needs and totally considerate to my wife, myself and the rest of my family. Thank you Manorcourt, we could not be more grateful.”
A review for Thurrock states: “Manorcourt and the lovely, professional staff attend to her daily needs, during the day, whilst I am at work. I want to say a very big thank you to each of you lovely ladies who take the time to look after her needs during the day whilst I am at work. I have peace of mind knowing she is in professional hands. We both love you all.
A recent review for Harlow says: I can’t praise Manorcourt Homecare highly enough. The staff go out of their way to care for my Mum and are so kind and loving to her. If they have any concerns over Mum, they contact me immediately, which puts my mind at rest. The office staff are equally kind and so efficient and are always so pleasant.”
