A PUBLIC reading of the Proclamation of the Accession of King Charles III will be taking place this Sunday (11 September) in Thurrock.
It will take place at 2pm outside the Civic Offices, opposite St Peter and St Paul’s Church, on the High Street in Grays.
The service will feature a reading of the Proclamation by Mayor of Thurrock, Cllr James Halden.
This is a public event and anyone is welcome to attend.
In addition a book of condolence has been opened for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the Civic Offices, Grays.
