THE newly-elected councillor for Tilbury Riverside and Thurrock Park has written a letter of thanks to all residents.
Cllr Cylcia Manwa said:
“I would like to say a massive thank you to the residents of Tilbury Riverside and Thurrock Park for giving me the honour and duty to serve as their councillor.
This is a role that I do not take lightly, and whoever you voted for in the election, I hope to be a voice for all residents, and offer help and support as and when necessary.
